Sulphur
This page answers one narrow question: where is trade activity concentrated strongly enough to justify deeper commercial work? It does not answer who the right supplier or buyer is. GeoProcure uses the signal to decide where qualification should start.

Interpretation 01
For a producer
A large or growing import market can justify buyer mapping. It is not automatically the best market: buyer concentration, technical requirements, origin acceptance, pricing and freight can change the commercial ranking.
Interpretation 02
For a buyer
Global demand data provides context but does not identify supply. A sourcing mandate starts from your specification and destination; GeoProcure then evaluates actual origin candidates and counterparties separately.
Interpretation 03
What changes the decision
Specification fit, quality evidence, sanctions/KYC, Incoterm, settlement, vessel/port constraints and executable freight are all outside this table. Those factors determine whether the signal can become a transaction.
