RFQ information
When you submit an RFQ, we process the contact, company, material, specification, volume, destination, and requirement details you provide in order to assess and respond to the sourcing enquiry. We also process limited page and attribution context supplied with the request to understand how the enquiry reached the site.
Service providers
We use these providers to run the website and handle enquiries:
- Vercel — hosting and delivery of this website
- HubSpot — CRM in which enquiries sent through the RFQ form are recorded
- Resend — email delivery of enquiry notifications, confirmations and requested documents
- Cloudflare Turnstile — protection of the RFQ form against automated submissions
- Cal.com — the call-booking widget; its script loads on our pages
A cookie named NEXT_LOCALE remembers your language choice. We do not use enquiry content for advertising analytics.
